Free International Shipping: Your items will be delivered directly from our manufacturing facility in New Zealand and usually shipped the same day your order is placed via Courierpost Economy. Delivery times average between seven to ten working days but may vary depending on your local ground service. While this service is reliable and includes insurance, it does not provide online tracking. We cannot guarantee delivery times for this shipping option, as they are estimates only.

Express Shipping: Certain high volume items will be dispatched from our local international fulfillment centers in the USA or Germany using our express shipping option. Other items will be shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in New Zealand via Courierpost Express. Delivery times average between three to seven working days but may vary depending on your local ground service. This service includes full online tracking and a tracking number will be provided upon order.

FedEx Urgent Shipping: For an express 1-3 day FedEx Priority delivery anywhere in the world, please contact us for a detailed estimate and more information.
